We are both Integrative Nutrionists certified through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. As health coaches, we act as supportive mentors and wellness authorities who strive to help our clients feel their best through sustainable food and lifestyle changes.
For well over a decade we have been immersed in the health and wellness industry, primarily in the fitness end, as founders and owners of Pilates on the Beach. Pursuing further knowledge in the field of integrative health and nutrition was a dream of ours, and so, Heathy on the Beach was born.
Healthy on the Beach offers a unique flexible 12 week program that integrates nutrition and wellness to help you live your best life. We don’t count calories. We focus on whole foods and practices that nourish and nurture. We also believe that one “diet” does not fit all and that is why we have a bio-individual approach where you will once and for all uncover which foods actually work for your system and those that do not.

Clean eating isn’t a diet. It is the simple idea of eating whole, unprocessed foods as the primary foods in your diet. Vegetables, fruits, meats, fish, nuts and seeds. These are foods to focus on every day, and to return to when you’re not feeling your best.
By removing the preservatives and chemicals in our diet from the processed foods we eat, we reduce all of the toxicity that these foods cause:
We jumpstart the night before with a Zoom meeting with our health coaches, Aliza and Shana and breakdown the details of the program for you. There’s also a daily What’s App for the group for communication, questions and support. We help plan menus and recipe ideas!
